The project, Mould & Cubism Fabric, started from the mould in my room. I began to think about whether there was any connection between my bad mood and bad things.
My experimental process was to explore the shape of mould with textiles. As I delved deeper, I gradually discovered that mould is not completely ugly, that beauty and ugliness exist side by side. This broke my rigid definition of a concept. And I was no longer limited to exploring the flat mould form. Instead, I made the textile in a three-dimensional style to reflect multiple perspectives of mould and my thinking about life from multiple angles.
Reviewing my production method, I cut and recycle textiles, I found that this way I can recycle the discarded fabrics, which not only can reflect the transformation of the two concepts of useful and useless clothes, but also can reflect the environmental friendliness.
