My name is Zhang Wenxin and I am from China. My undergraduate course was jointly opened by bnuz Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Branch and Brand Academy. My undergraduate major is visual communication, and the course is very international. It is more biased towards the direction of brand management. So before I came to Kingston, I hardly had any illustration courses.

As an illustrator, I am very interested in interdisciplinary concepts. I think visualizing the story is basic, and it would be better if the presentation can be more creative. For example, illustrations can be combined with clothing design to create brand new illustrations. Recently, there are many illustrations similar to this kind of multi-media, I am very curious about this, I want to explore. The most important way of working for me so far is computer drawing, and they are usually very beautiful in color. I will try more hand-painting in the future.
