This collection is dedicated to exploring the relationship between people and the surrounding space.
From my growth experience to the current special environment, people are trapped in different situations and different spaces. Our lives and spaces, from houses and buildings, to clothes we wear every day, are creating spaces of different sizes and forms. The design idea from this point is inspired by the art works in different fields of art. I want to convey the sense of creating a variety of spaces through clothing.
Because the main idea of this collection is to create shapes that are spliced by different 2D geometric figures, the fabric selection is mainly composed of black and white fabrics with 3D patterns and print.
I chose to shoot in two places, the playground and the building. The playground is a scene that often appeared in my childhood photos, and it was a place where I felt a sense of belonging when I was a child. Building construction is the place where I stay most often nowadays. Both of these places can convey a strong sense of structure and space, which echoes with my collection.
