Before postgraduate level, I had little exposure to disciplines related to design. Therefore after entering the MA courses, the novelty forced me to explore the possibilities of visual communication in as many fields as possible. During this year of research, I worked on interaction design, speculative design, book design, web design, font design etc., and on topics ranging from pandemic, social interaction, education, post-digital era, online media and so on. Although they are still imperfect as design works, I have benefited greatly from the critical thinking that emerged from the research process.

It is also worth noting that thanks to my educational background in computer science and technology in my undergraduate studies, I created many interesting dynamic images and interactive experiences through visual programming. These can be found in the project Fibonacci Sequence and Alternative Commentary. In general, my work is based on using design as a research tool to gain insight into the social phenomenon and presenting my thinking visually in a digital way.
