This project is my self-reflection on the concept of human beings and nature. Through the form of picture books, my purpose is to awake people’s awareness to think about the relationship with nature. It is not only a kind and harmonious one like mother-child relationship, but also they fight with each other especially when humans destroying nature. What if nature has its self-awareness? Will nature keep silent and let humans exploit it? Now it is high time that people should notice the importance of awesomeness of respect and project nature. In this project, I use rough textures by electronic devices to present the decorous feeling of the painting so as to tell the story that nature is avenging humans in its own way— a devastating pandemic due to human’s evil deeds.
