Throughout their life, many women experience feelings of confusion concerning sexuality because of how complex, personal and intimate it is. As a result, loss of self confidence and the will to back up from situations that might make them feel vulnerable can occur and lead to feeling insecure and lonely.
I have therefore designed a sustainable lingerie set that aims to empower women through those difficult times and help them out of confusion.
The arm knitted veil unfolds into wings that force the shoulders backwards to help the wearer keep the chest up in such situations, while the hand crocheted garters celebrate body hair and femininity. Finally the tailored body suit made out of different layers of blazers explores intimacy and confidence while embracing one’s body.
