Data show that the chronically single group is also on the rise and many researchers have shown that chronically single is a heterogeneous group (Forsyth & Johnson, 1995; Band-Winterstein & Manchik-Rimon, 2014).
This project is a subject picture book about the human attachment system. It explores avoidant and anxious attachment systems visually, illustrating the sorts of behaviour associated with each, and readers are encouraged to reflect on their own emotions and behaviours. The first step in building a healthy mind is to understand one’s emotions at the moment, and this book uses text and images to help readers to do just that.
