HAT Lampshade
A one piece, steam-formed felt lampshade with a single step installation.
HAT Lampshade is designed to improve the quality of everyday life. It was found that people tend to have difficulty when installing a lampshade on a naked bulb. Nowadays, to fit a regular lampshade on the bulb, five steps are required which can be reduced to one step with concealed magnets on HAT Lampshade. This lampshade is made of natural wool felt through the process of steam-forming method so that the lampshade can keep its unique shape flexibly.
My Plants and I – Building a Better Relationship
A book, My Plants and I, is designed to encourage people to build a better relationship with their plants through 9 different plant pots.
I started this project to share the way I care for my plants with other people. The book consists of 9 different themes that people can enjoy with their plants. The themes are based on human activities which can relate to plant activities. In order to illustrate the themes, each section has a few example pictures, showing the owner and plants interacting together. In addition, the book is as small as A6 paper so that people can keep it in their pocket and carry it wherever they go.
