New Chinese Daily
New Chinese Daily is a collection of products inspired by a Chinese lifestyle. I redesigned these familiar products to elevate the experience of use. From the many daily behaviors I researched, I chose to design a body scrub towel, washboard and, ear pick.
- A body scrub towel is used to exfoliate the skin when taking a shower. A comfortable ring-shaped handle with a ball joint allows the towel to fit your back. Removable viscose silk towels are easy to clean and replace.
- A sink inspired by the washboard. The texture on the washboard is combined with the sink, allowing you to scrub small clothes such as socks, towels and, underwear in the sink.
- A key chain with an ear pick and tweezer, inspired by an old Chinese accessory called the ‘golden three’.
