Learning and Unlearning of Lines (also dots and grids) is a speculative experience for the theme of Dots, Lines, and Grids as tools of Instruction and Behaviour. The project was born from analysing lines in everyday life that control behaviour and act as instructional tools. The book act as a catalyst for the reader to observe, retrospect and speculate on these lines around us. Three activities to dive deeper into the act of speculating new possibilities are included in the book for the reader to widen their horizons about dots, lines and grids which control behaviour. This book aims to start a conversation series of questions and intrigue other possibilities.
I am Gayathri Anthey an Indian by origin but yet have a global identity with my work. Currently, I go by the professional tag of an experimental visual designer.
