Alzheimer’s disease is already a disease of high concern in today’s society, and many organizations and institutions have invested a lot of time and money in this field. However, in this process, everyone has neglected to take care of the Alzheimer’s disease group, most of them are the patients’ loved ones. Caregivers are under tremendous pressure from various aspects in the process of caring for patients, and their lives and emotions are affected and faced with physical, psychological and social health problems. In fact, in a sense, the caregiver is a kind of “invisible patient”. Moreover, many caregivers do not realize that they are sick. Therefore, the purpose of this study is how to allow caregivers to face their own lives and their bodies, and at the same time to promote society’s attention to caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease.
