Brennan Ward is an Illustrator, Animator and Image maker from East London. His work is often is a mixture of Digital and physical, blending both these forms of image making. The themes tackled by Brennan are emotionally driven as he wants to create work that speaks about the difficult things in life, allowing people to dive into conversations of importance.
Brennan has worked on two album covers this year with an artist named Evie rose. The artist spoke about her upsetting journey of abuse and how these songs wanted to put light on the issues that many people go through. This kind of story allowed Brennan to one learn but also have a deeper connection to the work he made. Brennan has a drive and passion for creating work for music and for promotion as he also raised money for Black lives Matter by selling a poster based off the personal experiences allowing a way to spark more conversation.
I’m Brennan ward I want to make work that is long lasting. I want to make work that allows conversations to happen for years to come. People and heartfelt personal experience is my inspiration, and I take those parts of life to drive my way of working.
