Anna is an Illustrator Animator who works across a range of traditional and digital media. She is a storyteller who is interested in conveying the small perspectives/ moments of her subjects usually in the form of a series of Cinemagraphs or illustrations. Her processes and inspiration come from location drawing, film, and photography.
Through her work in the ‘Shadow Person’, she has been exploring the subject of loneliness and the effects of the psyche – especially within the older generation. Visual development of world-building through cinemagraphs as a way to show a character through their surroundings.
She is looking to develop her practice in the realm of music animation and or concept art and continue to utilize a broad range of visual languages to communicate to her intended audience.
I am an Illustrator Animator who likes to capture small moments and explore with colour to emphasise the atmosphere of my images. I like to explore various themes and mediums to work with so I don’t stick to one way of working. From location drawing to surreal imagery and portraits.
