Team work

As part of the coursework in one of our second year’s modules, we worked in a team and followed a client’s brief.  We took on different roles:

We were asked to create an easy to navigate educational website offering resources available to pupils and parents. The aim was to allow pupils learning from home to access educational resources that would aid them in their learning.

The team followed the client’s guidelines to create and design a user-friendly website titled ‘Mandarin For All’, which will allow students of all ages (from Primary school through to A-level) access learning materials of the Mandarin language.

The website serves as a bank of downloadable resources populated with video presentations, podcasts, vocal clips as well as worksheets. We provide learning materials for students with proficiency levels ranging from Beginner to Advanced, in hopes to offer a more inclusive website that not only supports those of varying proficiency levels, but also those with different learning styles.
